With hook wound rates on Salmon up in NH we knew NHF&G was going to take measures to help protect the Salmon. One of the proposed measures was single hook for bait. We prototyped a design and field tested it in 2010. One year before the new regulations would take effect.
Why? Because we wanted to prove out a design that worked and help the fishery by preventing excessive hook wounding. We saw no difference in hook up ratio between our design and the standard two hook slider rigs we used in the past.

We now offer our design to Fishermen as a NH compliant bait rig. This isn't just for NH. though. Use it where ever you fish as it will reduced hook wounding and is a proven rig that catches fish. We promote good stewardship on all waters.

We offer various configurations of our hand tied rigs. We use high quality components. Gamakatsu® and Owner hooks tied on 100% fluorocarbon.
